Women's Ministry

In every Ministry of God women are the backbone. The contribution of women is vital for the success and growth of the church. An active Women’s Ministry enhances the overall programmes in the Church. Now Deborah, a Prophetess, the wife of Lappidoth, was judging Israel at that time. (Judges 4:49; 5:6-7 NIV). Based on this fact, the Revelation Church of God International Ministries established the Women’s Fellowship.

MEMBERSHIP

Every registered Woman in the afore mentioned Ministry automatically becomes a member of the Women’s Fellowship. This helps to promote, encourage and equip the women in the church in their journey as Disciples of Christ.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The Women Fellowship encourages Spiritual growth through Bible studies, Prayers and participation in the church activities. The ministry has the aim to help the women to have an intimate relationship with God through the teaching of the word of God. The Women in the group serves as mentors for the young women in the church Through counselling other women in the church have the opportunity to learn how to keep their homes in a Godly way. Women in this Ministry are taught on how to be humble and submissive to their husbands in order to have a happy home. Women are taught to be able to stand as soldiers of God to pray. The women fellowship of the Revelation church of God helps to uphold the sanctity of Christian marriage The young women in the church are encouraged to take an active part in all the programmes in the church to enable them become strong in doing God’s work
